Pandora Bracelet Charms Reviewed

Pandora charm bracelets are world famous. From humble beginnings in Copenhagen in 1982 Pandora has gone from strength to strength of late and much of the credit is due to the idea behind the iconic charmbracelet introduced in 1999.
Begun with a plain bracelet, the charms then added with thought, care and consideration one at a time to commemorate significant occasions in the wearer’s life, the bracelet soon becomes an expression of an individual life, unique to the woman it belongs to.
With over 600 pieces of jewellery in the collection it is easy to find a piece perfect for the event or period being remembered. The materials available are widely ranging too, from 14ct gold to sterling silver, with two-tone metals, black rhodium silver and even wood making an appearance in the product lists. From gold and diamonds to sterling silver and enamel, combinations of the whole range are available, ensuring that variety and choice will always be a key point of the Pandora Collection. The prices of the items follow similar variety; Prince Charming will pay a small king’s ransom to bedeck his love in precious metals and rare gemstones but the more humble working man will still be able to fete his princess without needing to file for bankruptcy!
Therein, in fact, lies the premise for the entire Pandora line – the desire to ‘make quality jewellery accessible to women all over the world’. The designers take a fierce pride in their work, creating modern, yet classic pieces, hand-finishing the pieces to ensure the Pandora attention to detail and proud craftsmanship is revealed in each, no matter how big or small. Initially there were only 15 charms in the line along with the bracelet. The line proved so popular that it sold out in 2 short months. Ten of the first 15 charms are still available, including the popular silver strawberry charm.

Pandora is now available in 65 countries and boasts an amazing 10 000 retailers world-wide. Recently Pandora’s Facebook page, which was set up for women to share the stories behind their unique Pandora jewellery, received its one millionth like. Not bad going for a company set up by a couple whose only aim was to make jewellery more affordable for women everywhere!
If you have a special lady in your life, maybe now is the time for her unique charm bracelet let her spell out her individuality.
